  • Safety Inspection: Assessing work environments to identify hazards and ensure safe operations for employees.
  • Methods: Includes visual inspection, X-ray radiography, and ultrasonic testing to detect internal and external defects.
  • Process: Following standardized procedures to compare results against defined quality and safety benchmarks.
Benefits & Importance:
  • Quality Assurance: Ensures products meet required standards and customer expectations.
  • Risk Reduction: Identifies defects and hazards early, reducing failures and accidents.
  • Compliance: Helps maintain adherence to industry regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Provides data insights to improve manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.

Testing Division

In our testing division, all the different heats of molten material are checked in our in-house lab to maintain the appropriate chemical properties specified by our customers or as per required grade for specific products.

We are equipped with an in-house spectrometer for immediate analysis of metals. We constantly check the chemical composition before pouring and cross-check using wet analysis processes.

On the physical properties side, our lab is equipped with instruments like hardness testers, UTM, microscopes, etc. We maintain extensive records of all supplied products, including chemical composition, physical properties, and coded variations for traceability.
